Through a rigorous application and interview process, JOURNEY selects annual classes of 25 leaders—a diverse mix of exceptional startup CEOs and executives in major companies and organizations across industries. Unlike one-on-one mentoring, JOURNEY calls on the collective power of our Champions and allies, who guide, advise, and open new paths to opportunities.

Via in-person gatherings, monthly virtual events, and one-on-one coaching, JOURNEY equips Fellows to “go big,” with actionable strategies to lead more profoundly than they had ever imagined.

We embark with
goal-setting.

The JOURNEY team conducts in-depth interviews with each Fellow to help her map her leadership journey and identify her short- and long-term goals.

We continue
with a JOURNEY
kickoff retreat.

Fellows and Champions bond during a four-day offsite. Fellows work with Champions and one another to advance on their pathways to greater impact.

We deepen
the JOURNEY.

Throughout the JOURNEY year, Fellows and Champions share expertise and lessons about driving strategy, taking smart risks, and scaling leadership and impact. Events and one-on-ones are designed to sharpen thinking, crystallize mission, and build the skills and confidence to scale. Fellows tap into the JOURNEY team’s deep connections and expertise in storytelling, thought leadership, and elevating executive presence and profile.

A lifelong JOURNEY continues…

Fellows graduate after one year and become lifelong JOURNEY members. We work with each Fellow to assess her progress and map next steps to scale her leadership and impact. She commits to equip future Fellows and drive diversity up and down the line.
