Madeline Darcy

Madeline was born in Seattle, grew up in Australia as one of 13 children in a blended multicultural family, and earned a BA from The University of Texas before getting a Harvard MBA. She began her career in store operations at Disney, was a senior consultant at Oliver Wyman, and in 2018 gravitated to venture at Victress Capital and then CircleUp. Madeline created Kaya Ventures to back founders redefining health, and led the venture program at the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank (IBank). In 2026, she joined a family office.
