Olivia Goldstein

Olivia grew up in Buffalo, earned a BA in Economics and Russian at the University of Pittsburgh, and then got an MA at the Institute of World Politics. She began her career advising startups on go-to-market strategy before co-founding RepHike, an influencer marketing platform that she scaled and exited in 2019. Olivia was a General Partner at StartFast Ventures and led Upstate Venture Connect before she launched Next Owner Lab in 2026 to invest in and build businesses in Upstate New York.
