Rashida Hodge

Rashida grew up in St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands, earning a BS and Master’s in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State. She spent two decades at IBM, rising through 12 roles to a Global VP position. Today, Rashida leads AI Customer Success at Microsoft and serves on the boards of Regal Rexnord and Sonatype. She recently established a $1 million endowment for Virgin Islands students to attend NC State, her alma mater, for free.
