Jessica, the daughter of immigrants from Taiwan, grew up outside Boston and earned a BS from MIT. She began her career in finance at Morgan Stanley and Invesco before joining BlackRock, where she rose through leadership and was a founding member of the firm’s sustainable investing platform. In 2024, Jessica joined Ares Management, where she works with companies to embed sustainability into strategy and operations.
