Erica Khalili
Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer and Risk Officer, Lead Bank
Erica grew up in Naperville, Illinois, and earned her BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law. After working at Mayer Brown and Baker & McKenzie, she joined Jackie Reses at Square (now Block), where they built a bank from the ground up. In 2022, Erica and Jackie co-founded Lead Bank, transforming a Kansas City community bank into a global company building financial tools for small businesses, fintechs, and digital asset platforms.
