Jenny Podewils
Co-Founder and Co-CEO, Leapsome
Jenny grew up in Germany and earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and a Master of Science from Oxford. She began her career in climate and clean energy ventures before serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO of a German newspaper. In 2016, Jenny co-founded Leapsome, a global human resources platform centered on helping clients use AI to improve how their people operations run.
