Parinaz Sobhani

Parinaz grew up in Iran and immigrated to Canada, where she earned a PhD in AI from the University of Ottawa. She began her career in machine learning research before moving into venture investing at Georgian, where she built and led the firm’s AI practice. In 2024, Parinaz joined Sagard, where she leads AI strategy and development across the company’s global investment platform.
