Shelly Stoneman

A Vassar grad with two Master’s degrees—one in National Security from the U.S. Naval War College and another in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma’s program in Germany—Shelly spent 15 years working in national security in the U.S. Senate, House of Representatives, White House, and Pentagon. She served as SVP of Government Relations at BAE Systems and, later, at Lockheed Martin, until 2024. Shelly now advises defense and tech startups on navigating government contracting at StonePoint Solutions, where she serves as Founder and CEO.
