Liz Young McNally

A Rhodes and Truman Scholar who started her career in the U.S. Army, Liz completed two year-long tours in Iraq, where she served on the senior staff of General David Petraeus, and served as a Military Police Commander. At McKinsey for a decade, she rose to Partner and Global Leader at McKinsey Academy, and then at Schmidt Futures, she oversaw a portfolio of programs addressing hard to solve problems in science, technology, and society. At the DOD until late 2025, Liz oversaw collaboration with the investment community and commercial technology sector.
