Jane Lauder
Board Member, Estée Lauder and Eventbrite
Jane grew up in New York City, learning early on about the power of innovation, industry disruption, and female empowerment from her grandmother, Estée Lauder. Jane earned a BA in history from Stanford, went to work in the family business, and built out major Estée Lauder brands including Origins and Clinique. As Chief Data Officer and EVP of Enterprise Marketing for four years, she accelerated the global beauty giant’s deployment of AI and advanced technology tools. After exiting those roles in 2024, Jane continues to serve on the Estée Lauder board and chair the company’s global women in leadership efforts. She is on the board of Eventbrite and several nonprofits, including Stanford, and she is developing TAW Ventures to bring innovative solutions to support pet health, wellness, and longevity.
