After training in sales and operations at Hilton, Stephanie moved to Marriott and rose, over 25 years, to President of the world’s largest hospitality company. In 2023, she jumped to Under Armour as President and CEO and began to execute cultural and business transformations. Stephanie is on the board of Home Depot.
