Katherine Rice

Katherine grew up in Houston, Texas, earned a BA from Vanderbilt and an MBA from Stanford, and began her career on Wall Street. A financial analyst at Kidder Peabody and then a consultant at Bain, she moved into retail at Williams-Sonoma, where she spent 12 years and headed business development. In 2014, Katherine pivoted to private equity, first at Altamont Capital Partners and now at GingerBread Capital, where she's putting capital behind women founders.
