Shriti’s journey began in Uganda and took her to India and then the UK, where she started as an investment banker and served as a Minister in the British government. Her global finance expertise led her to board roles at Astra Zeneca, BHP, and SantanderUK, where she served as Chair. She has chaired the Prudential PLC board since 2021.
