Iké Gbadegesin Adeyemi

Iké was born in Nigeria and immigrated to the United States at age 12, navigating a new country as her family resettled. She earned a BA from Harvard University and a JD from Harvard Law School. Iké began her career in corporate law at firms including Skadden and White & Case before moving into global company roles, first at BHP and then at Clorox. In 2024, she joined Eastman, a global materials company, where she oversees legal, regulatory, and trade functions, focusing on enabling sustainable innovation.
