Rachel Barger

Rachel grew up in the D.C. area, earned a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. She began her career as a developer for Arthur Andersen. A decade at Ariba and stints at Lithium Technologies and SAP (in Australia, the UK, Switzerland, and Singapore) led her to Cisco, where she rose to SVP Americas. Rachel spent two years as President of GTM (Go To Market) at UKG before joining Epicor as Chief Revenue Officer in 2026. She serves on the boards of CSG International and Nuix.
