Alicia spent 25 years at General Motors, rising from engineer to EVP of Global Manufacturing & Labor Relations, before moving to Amazon in 2019 to head global customer fulfillment. In 2022, she joined Alto Pharmacy as CEO, scaled the startup to more than $1 billion in revenue, and sold it to Paulus Holdings in 2025. Recruited to lead Ford’s commercial vehicle division starting in October 2025, Alicia also serves on the board of JPMorgan Chase.
