Ashley McEvoy

Ashley grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs, earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, and began her career in the ad world. After stints at Grey Advertising and J. Walter Thompson (now Wunderman Thompson), she joined Johnson & Johnson as an Assistant Brand Manager. Over three decades, Ashley led some of J&J's largest global businesses including McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Ethicon (sutures), Vision Care, Diabetes, and MedTech. She joined the Procter & Gamble board in 2023. In early 2025, she became CEO of Insulet, a publicly held medical device company focused on diabetes care.
