From Brooklyn to Miami (Florida International University) to all ends of the media universe, Dawn Ostroff began her career as a TV news reporter before she moved to entertainment programming at Lifetime, UPN, and The CW. She went on to found and build Condé Nast Entertainment, turning Vanity Fair and New Yorker articles into movies and TV series, and then went to Spotify, where she was Chief Content and Advertising Business Officer until 2023. Dawn is now on the boards of Mattel, Moloco, and Sweetgreen. She's in the early stages of building a startup focused on the future of entertainment.
