Jana’s journey began in Maine, took her to Vassar, and on to Stanford, where she earned her MBA. She spent 18 years at recruiting giants Korn Ferry and Russell Reynolds, where she led the Global Consumer Digital and Media practice. In 2014, Jana founded Rich Talent Group—an executive search firm that builds diverse leadership teams and boards—where she spent over a decade as CEO and then Executive Chair.
