Jane Lauder

Jane grew up in New York City, learning early on about innovation and female empowerment from her grandmother, Estée Lauder. She earned a BA in history from Stanford, joined the family business, and built Estée Lauder brands including Origins and Clinique. Jane went on to serve as Chief Data Officer and EVP of Enterprise Marketing, and after exiting in 2024, continues to serve on the Estée Lauder board and chair the company’s global women in leadership efforts. In 2025, she started a firm to invest in companies innovating around pet wellness, health, and longevity. She named TAW Ventures after her dog, Thaddeus Alistair Warsh)
