Jenn started her career at Procter & Gamble, moved on to senior roles at several tech companies, and led Keynote Systems before she joined PagerDuty as CEO in 2016. She took PagerDuty public on the NYSE in 2019 and built PagerDuty into a global leader in AI-first operations management. In 2026, Jenn transitioned to Executive Chair. She also serves on the board of Estée Lauder.
