Jenny Johnson

Jenny was a teenager when she started working at the company her grandfather founded in 1947. Her father built Franklin into a global asset management giant. Rising through a wide variety of roles, including Chief Information Officer, Jenny stepped up to CEO in 2020. After acquiring Legg Mason, Jenny now leads one of the world’s largest financial companies, with $1.7 trillion in assets under management. She is on the board of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
