Kathleen Hogan
EVP, Office of Strategy and Transformation, Microsoft
Kathleen grew up in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and graduated from Harvard in applied mathematics and economics. She started her career writing software at Oracle, earned an MBA at Stanford, and joined McKinsey, where she rose to Partner. Kathleen joined Microsoft in 2003 as COO of Worldwide Sales. She was the company’s Chief People Officer for a decade before moving to her current EVP role in 2025.
