After growing up outside of San Francisco and earning a BA from UCLA, Kirsten began her career as an equity analyst covering retail for Montgomery Securities. She spent several years as a consultant and angel investor before founding Forerunner in 2012. She’s backed more than 100 consumer companies including Warby Parker, Chime, and Oura. serves on the boards of Gap and Nordstrom. She’s also a founding member of All Raise and a TIME 100 honoree.
