Margo’s wide-ranging career has taken her from McKinsey to Discover Financial Services to Groupon to Google (as President of the Americas) to CEO roles at Mattel and Ancestry. In 2022, she joined Flagship Pioneering to build Montai Therapeutics, which uses AI to develop oral medicines for chronic inflammatory diseases. Margo is on the boards of McDonald’s, AppLovin, Ro, Handshake, and WorkBoard.
