Sallie Krawcheck

Sallie grew up in Charleston, graduated from the University of North Carolina, and earned her MBA from Columbia. She began her career as an analyst at investment research firm Stanford Bernstein, rose to CEO there, and moved on to head wealth management and serve as CFO of Citigroup. On to Bank of America, Sallie led global wealth management there before rerouting to become an entrepreneur. In 2015, Sallie launched Ellevest, a female-focused digital investment platform. Ellevest manages more than $2 billion in assets and helps women investors build wealth.
