Carrol Chang

The daughter of Korean immigrants, Carrol began her career working with North Korean refugees in China—where she was jailed for assisting them and then deported by the Chinese government. In 2008, Carrol joined the Obama campaign and later served in the Department of Homeland Security. After three years at McKinsey and seven at Uber, Carrol is now CEO of Andela, where she leads efforts to enhance opportunities for workers globally.
