Nicole Isaac
VP, Global Public Policy, Cisco
The daughter of immigrants from Jamaica and Costa Rica, Nicole grew up in the Bronx and went on to earn a BA from Brown University, an MA in International Affairs from Columbia, and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She also has a Master’s in International Human Rights Law from Oxford. Nicole began her career on Capitol Hill before serving in the White House, where she worked on the Affordable Care Act and other reforms. Moving on to LinkedIn, Meta, and Google, she joined Cisco in 2023 to lead global public policy and expand connectivity for the 2.7 billion people still offline.
