Membership

At JOURNEY, we’ve always believed leadership isn’t a moment—it’s a lifetime. As our community grows, we’re excited to share an important evolution. Beginning this year, JOURNEY is transitioning from a fellowship model to a membership organization. This change comes at an important time for JOURNEY as we are creating an infrastructure that can scale, while strengthening our ability to provide connection, counsel and continuity beyond the fellowship year.

JOURNEY is entering an important new chapter. To support this, we’re introducing annual membership dues.

Membership dues will not cover the full cost of your year. Dues will represent less than 10% of JOURNEY’s operating expenses for 2026. An experience like the JOURNEY All Community Reunion would typically cost more than $3,000 on its own.

Membership is a year-long investment in yourself—one that delivers value well beyond a single moment or event.
What JOURNEY Membership Includes

Membership is predicated on having been a Fellow, and provides ongoing access to the people, programming, and support designed to help you grow, scale, and lead, including:

• A network of Champions and Members advising on global scaling, funding, growth, and board opportunities
• Support from the JOURNEY team on board readiness, storytelling, media preparation, crisis leadership, and more
• A network to support you during career transitions
• Leadership Labs curated for membership needs
• Access to the JOURNEY Membership Portal, including the member directory (you’ll receive a separate email explaining how it works).
• Industry specific support pods (i.e. Scale, Sale and Soar)
• Invitations to the Annual All-Community Reunion, JOURNEY regional events, and other high-level convenings

Membership Dues & Timing

• Annual dues: $3,000
• Early bird rate: $2,750 from now to February 28
• Standard dues period: March 1 – March 31

Our goal is participation, not exclusion. Flexible payment plans and reduced dues options are available. If membership dues are not feasible at this time, we encourage you to reach out for a confidential conversation.
